I’ll listen with compassion to the struggles you’re having.  I’ll teach you how to use mindfulness and meditation to help recognize and shift patterns that are no longer helpful to you. Together, we'll figure out what strategies work best for you. We’ll go at your own pace. 

The sessions are tailored to you, to help you navigate what’s going on from a mindfulness perspective. We’ll talk about it; I’ll find readings that resonate, exercises that help you know how you feel or what you want to do, meditations that offer perspective and relief. These one-on-one conversations will provide the tools you need to help you cope, manage, or thrive in your everyday life.

Duration and Cost:

These sessions last one hour and are typically conducted once a week over the phone.

The cost is $45 for the first session - so you can see what it’s all about - and $75 /hr thereafter.
